Preparation

Step 1
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Step 2
Brush naan bread with olive oil.
Step 3
Top 4 naan bread with cheese and tomato rounds. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
Step 5
Garnish with a handful of arugula and serve.
