  • 2 L chicken broth
  • 45 ml soy sauce
  • 15 ml lime juice (about 1/2 lime)
  • 2 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 strip(s) ginger fresh (one 5 x 2 cm strip)
  • 1 stick(s) cinnamon (or a pinch of ground cinnamon)
  • 340 g fondue beef
  • 12 shrimp(s) medium, shelled and without tails, cooked
  • 250 g Asian noodles
  • 500 ml bean sprouts
  • 227 g mushrooms white, sliced
  • 3 green onion(s) , thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lime(s) , quartered
  • To taste, coriander
  • To taste, hot sauce
  • 2 L chicken broth
  • 45 ml soy sauce
  • 15 ml lime juice (about 1/2 lime)

  • 1 stick(s) cinnamon (or a pinch of ground cinnamon)
  • 340 g fondue beef

  1. Place broth, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat. Use tongs to remove ginger, garlic, and cinnamon stick from broth. Add beef and shrimp and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain.
  3. Divide noodles, bean sprouts, and mushrooms into four large bowls. Add hot broth.
  4. Garnish bowls with green onions, lime wedge, cilantro, and hot sauce.
