  • 4 slices bread (white bread), torn
  • 250 ml milk
  • 680 g beef , medium grounded
  • 3 egg(s)
  • 125 ml parmesan , grated
  • 60 ml parsley , chopped and fresh (curly leaf parsley)
  • 4 clove(s) garlic , chopped
  • 7 ml salt
  • 5 ml oregano , dried
  • To taste, pepper
  • 4 slices bread (white bread), torn
  • 250 ml milk

prep time
  1. Place oven rack in top position and preheat oven to broil.
  2. In a bowl, combine bread and milk. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix to combine.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape meat mixture into 15-mL (1-tbsp.) meatballs and place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, until cooked inside, turning halfway through cooking.

Freezing
If you want to save meatballs for later, freeze uncooked on the baking sheet. Once
frozen, place in an airtight re-sealable plastic bag.
Use
Add meatballs to tomato sauce and serve with pasta.
