  • 250 g cream cheese , light, softened
  • 125 ml mayonnaise
  • 125 ml plain Greek yogurt 0% M.F.
  • 4 cooked corn cobs , kernels removed
  • 3 fresh Romana tomatoes , seeded and diced
  • 1 or 2 drop(s) Tabasco sauce
  • 200 g crab-flavoured pollock
  • 5 ml garlic powder
  • 1 ml curry powder
  • 1 green onion(s) , finely chopped
  • 250 g cream cheese , light, softened
  • 125 ml mayonnaise
  • 125 ml plain Greek yogurt 0% M.F.
  • 4 cooked corn cobs , kernels removed
  • 3 fresh Romana tomatoes , seeded and diced
  • 1 or 2 drop(s) Tabasco sauce
  • 200 g crab-flavoured pollock
  • 5 ml garlic powder
  • 1 ml curry powder
  • 1 green onion(s) , finely chopped
prep time
  1. Using a handheld mixer, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Greek yogurt in a bowl until smooth and lump free.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except green onion and mix well.
  3. Serve dip topped with green onion alongside tortillas or toasted pita points.
