  • 10 ml butter
  • 5 ml garlic , chopped
  • 500 ml mushrooms , coarsely chopped
  • To taste, salt and pepper (freshly grounded pepper)
  • 3 slice(s) OKA cheese , each cut in 4
  • 5 ml rosemary , fresh and finely chopped
  • 1 bread
  • 10 ml butter
  • 5 ml garlic , chopped
  • 500 ml mushrooms , coarsely chopped
  • To taste, salt and pepper (freshly grounded pepper)
  • 3 slice(s) OKA cheese , each cut in 4
  • 5 ml rosemary , fresh and finely chopped

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Cut 12 slices of walnut bread and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Set aside.
  2. In a skillet, sauté garlic and mushrooms in butter for 5 to 7 minutes. Season to taste.
  3. Spread mushroom mixture on bread slices. Top each with a slice of OKA and sprinkle with rosemary.
  4. Bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown. Serve hot or at room temperature.
