  • 15 ml olive oil
  • To taste, salt and pepper
  • 3 lemon , sliced
  • Tzatziki sauce
  • 250 ml plain Greek yogurt
  • 125 ml cucumber , grated, strained
  • 30 ml mint , fresh and chopped
  • 30 ml dill , fresh and chopped
  • 5 ml honey
  • 15 ml lemon zest (about 1 lemon)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic , chopped
  • 4 salmon fillet (150 g ea.)
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • To taste, salt and pepper
  • 3 lemon , sliced
  • Tzatziki sauce
  • 250 ml plain Greek yogurt

  1. Preheat barbecue to medium. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place lemon slices on the barbecue grill. Place salmon fillets on top of lemon slices. Close lid and grill until fish is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, mix together all tzatziki sauce ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
  4. Serve salmon fillets with grilled lemon slices, tzatziki sauce, and an arugula and strawberry salad.
