  • 125 ml canola oil
  • 125 ml honey
  • 10 ml ginger , grounded
  • 10 ml cinnamon , grounded
  • 250 ml raisins

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).
  2. Combine oats, walnuts, almonds, oil, honey, ginger, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Spread mixture on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake on top rack for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally while baking.
  4. Remove from oven and transfer to another baking sheet or a large dish. Stir in raisins. Cool completely and transfer to a sealed container.

Chef’s secret 

Measure oil and honey in the same cup so oil residue prevents honey from sticking to the cup.
