  • 200 g bow tie pasta
  • 45 ml olive oil
  • 440 g chicken , cut into strips
  • To taste, salt and pepper
  • 250 ml English cucumber , diced (about 1/2 cucumber)
  • 430 ml grape tomatoes , halved (a 280 g container)
  • 80 ml black olives , sliced
  • 1/4 red onion(s) , thinly sliced
  • 1 sweet orange pepper(s) , seeded and diced
  • 200 g feta , diced
  • 125 ml parsley , chopped and fresh
  • 60 ml lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
  • 7 ml oregano , dried

prep time
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Chill completely.
  2. Heat 15 mL (1 tbsp.) oil in a large skillet over high heat and fry the chicken strips. Set aside in a bowl to cool.
  3. Combine 30 mL (2 tbsp.) olive oil with the remaining ingredients in a large bowl with the pasta and chicken.
