  • 280 g Sweet Orange Grape Tomato (compliments Zima™)
  • 180 g doré-mi cheese , cut in 1 cm3 cubes
  • 45 ml olive oil
  • 45 ml red wine vinegar
  • 45 ml honey
  • 7 ml coriander , grounded
  • 7 ml paprika
  • 12 skewer (small)
  • 280 g Sweet Orange Grape Tomato (compliments Zima™)
  • 180 g doré-mi cheese , cut in 1 cm3 cubes
  • 45 ml olive oil
  • 45 ml red wine vinegar
  • 45 ml honey
  • 7 ml coriander , grounded
  • 7 ml paprika
  • 12 skewer (small)
prep time
  1. In a large bowl combine tomatoes and cheese cubes.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, honey, cilantro, and paprika. Reserve a third of the vinaigrette for the salad.
  3. Add remaining vinaigrette to the tomatoes and cheese. Alternately thread 3 tomatoes and 2 cheese cubes onto each skewer.
  4. Grill brochettes on barbecue preheated to medium-high for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  5. Serve two brochettes per person on a small bed of arugula drizzled with reserved vinaigrette.
