  • 4 naan bread
  • 60 ml olive oil , basil-flavoured (1/4 cup)
  • 250 g mozzarina cheese , sliced into thin rounds
  • 12-16 Campari tomatoes , sliced into rounds
  • To taste, fleur e sel and freshly ground pepper
  • 250 ml arugula (1 cup)
  • 4 naan bread
  • 60 ml olive oil , basil-flavoured (1/4 cup)
  • 250 g mozzarina cheese , sliced into thin rounds
  • 12-16 Campari tomatoes , sliced into rounds
  • To taste, fleur e sel and freshly ground pepper
  • 250 ml arugula (1 cup)
prep time
  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Brush naan bread with olive oil.
  3. Top 4 naan bread with cheese and tomato rounds. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
  5. Garnish with a handful of arugula and serve.
