  • 1 recipe of perfect pizza dough , rolled into two 12-in. (30-cm) diameter crusts
  • 150 ml tomato sauce (2/3 cup)
  • 100 g mozzarella cheese , shredded (1/2 package)
  • 6-8 bocconcini balls or 1 large buffalo mozzarella ball, torn or cut into pieces
  • 340 g cherry tomatoes , cut in half (1 package)
  • 125 ml basil , fresh and torn into pieces (1/2 cup)
  • 1 recipe of perfect pizza dough , rolled into two 12-in. (30-cm) diameter crusts
  • 150 ml tomato sauce (2/3 cup)
  • 100 g mozzarella cheese , shredded (1/2 package)
  • 6-8 bocconcini balls or 1 large buffalo mozzarella ball, torn or cut into pieces
  • 340 g cherry tomatoes , cut in half (1 package)
  • 125 ml basil , fresh and torn into pieces (1/2 cup)
prep time
  1. Preheat a lightly oiled grill to medium. Place crusts on grill and cook for 2 min. or until bubbly and rigid. Using tongs, turn crusts over. Divide tomato sauce, cheese and tomato halves between both crusts. Close lid and cook until cheese is bubbling and crusts are golden brown, 2 to 3 min. Before serving, top each pizza with basil. Cut each pizza into six slices and serve.
