  • 125 ml mushrooms , sliced
  • 125 ml artichokes in oil
  • 250 ml cheddar , grated
  • 6 slice(s) prosciutto
  • 750 ml arugula
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 15 ml red wine vinegar
  • To taste, salt and pepper
  • 1 pizza crust , Original Thin, Sensations by Compliments
  • 30 ml pesto
  • 125 ml mushrooms , sliced
  • 125 ml artichokes in oil
  • 250 ml cheddar , grated
  • 6 slice(s) prosciutto
  • 750 ml arugula
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 15 ml red wine vinegar
  • To taste, salt and pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place pizza crust on top.
  3. Brush crust with pesto.
  4. Arrange toppings on pizza in the following order: mushrooms, artichokes, cheddar, and prosciutto.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. In a bowl, combine arugula, olive oil, and vinegar. Add salt and pepper.
  7. Top pizza with arugula.
