      • 125 g bow tie pasta
      • 500 ml baby arugula , lightly packed, divided
      • 1 clove(s) garlic , smashed
      • 30 ml walnut halves, toasted and roughly chopped
      • 15 ml parmesan cheese, grated
      • 30 ml olive oil Extra virgin 100%
      • 1 ml salt
      • 1 pinch pepper
      • 125 ml white navy beans (canned) , rinsed and drained
      • 1/2 red pepper , diced
      • 125 g bow tie pasta
      • 500 ml baby arugula , lightly packed, divided
      • 1 clove(s) garlic , smashed
      • 30 ml walnut halves, toasted and roughly chopped
      • 15 ml parmesan cheese, grated
      • 30 ml olive oil Extra virgin 100%
      • 1 ml salt
      • 1 pinch pepper
      • 125 ml white navy beans (canned) , rinsed and drained
      • 1/2 red pepper , diced
      prep time
      1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Transfer to a large bowl.
      2. Using a food processor or blender, pulse together 1 cup (250 mL) arugula, the garlic, walnuts, Parmesan, oil, salt and pepper. Process until smooth and toss with pasta. Stir in navy beans, red pepper and remaining arugula.
