  • 4-6 sausage of your choice
  • 16-20 baby potatoes , quartered
  • 340 g Brussels sprouts , halved, about 500 mL (2 cups)
  • 30 ml margarine , melted
  • Au goût, salt and pepper (grounded)
  • 4-5 sprig(s) of thyme , fresh ((optional)
  • 3 apple(s) , unpeeled, cored, and sliced
  • 4-6 sausage of your choice
  • 16-20 baby potatoes , quartered
  • 340 g Brussels sprouts , halved, about 500 mL (2 cups)
  • 30 ml margarine , melted
  • Au goût, salt and pepper (grounded)
  • 4-5 sprig(s) of thyme , fresh ((optional)
  • 3 apple(s) , unpeeled, cored, and sliced
prep time
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Place sausages on a baking sheet that has been lightly oiled or lined with parchment paper. Cook about 10 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine potatoes and Brussels sprouts with margarine, salt, pepper, and thyme if desired.
  4. Place vegetables on the baking sheet, turn the sausages, and continue cooking 15 minutes.
  5. Add apple slices and cook another 10 minutes or until sausages are done and their internal temperature reaches 71°C (160°F). Serve.
