  • 250 ml shrimp(s) , thawed and deveined
  • 250 ml scallops , frozen , thawed
  • 360 g skinless trout , cubed
  • 30 ml olive oil , divided
  • 1 onion(s) , chopped
  • 2 sweet red pepper(s) , chopped
  • 1,25 L white sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 45 ml dill , chopped
  • 30 ml chives , snipped
  • 15 ml lemon zest
  • To taste, salt and pepper
  • 10 lasagna noodles cooked
  • 375 ml mozzarella cheese , grated
  • 250 ml shrimp(s) , thawed and deveined
  • 250 ml scallops , frozen , thawed
  • 360 g skinless trout , cubed
  • 30 ml olive oil , divided
  • 1 onion(s) , chopped
  • 2 sweet red pepper(s) , chopped
  • 1,25 L white sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 45 ml dill , chopped
  • 30 ml chives , snipped
  • 15 ml lemon zest
  • To taste, salt and pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a pan, sauté seafood and trout in 15 mL (1 tbsp.) of oil. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
  3. Using the same pan, heat 15 mL (1 tbsp.) of oïl and sauté onion and peppers for 3 minutes.
  4. Pour in sauce to warm. Add seafood and trout mixture along with herbs and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
  5. In a 23 cm x 33 cm (9 x 13 in.) oven-safe dish, cover bottom with 1/3 of sauce and top with a lasagna layer (5 noodles). Repeat layers once. Finish with sauce. Top evenly with cheese and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until melted and golden brown.
