prep time
  1. In a bowl, combine steak spice seasoning, paprika, and onion powder. Rub over both sides of steaks. Marinate in fridge for one hour.
  2. Combine all ingredients for garlic butter in another bowl. Set aside.
  3. Preheat barbecue to medium-high and oil grill.
  4. Take steaks out of fridge about 15 minutes before grilling.
  5. In the meantime, heat reserved garlic butter in a small saucepan.
  6. Grill meat for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Meat must reach a minimum internal temperature of 63°C (145°F). Remove from heat, cover in aluminum foil, and let rest for 5 minutes.
  7. In the meantime, thread four shrimp onto skewers, brush with garlic butter, and place on barbecue rack. Grill shrimp about 2 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  8. Serve rib steaks with a shrimp skewer along with sides of Parisian potatoes with chives and melted white cheddar, grilled corn on the cob with garlic butter, and lemon wedges. Delicious!
