prep time
Meat tacos
  1. Heat oil in a skillet and sauté onion and sweet pepper until tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Add ground meat and fry until it has lost its pinkish hue.
  3. Incorporate the spice blend, prepared according to package instructions. Add water as needed and cook until fully evaporated. Set aside.
Fish tacos
  1. Heat oil in a skillet and sauté onion and sweet pepper until tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Add fish fillets and fry about 2 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Use a fork to flake fish in a bowl. Set aside.
Fillings
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil and stand the taco shells upside down on a baking sheet, and heat in oven for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Fill two tortillas and two taco shells with meat mixture and the others with fish mixture, or according to each guest’s taste. Add the toppings of your choice.
