      ingredient
      • 2 L lettuce (romaine), torn (8 cups)
      • 250 ml basil leaves, coarsely chopped (1 cup)
      • 750 ml watermelon cubes, seeds removed (3 cups)
      • 1/2 onion(s) (Vidalia), thinly sliced
      • 75 ml feta , coarsely crumbled (1/3 cup)
      • 75 ml black olives , pitted (1/3 cup)
      • 30 ml olive oil (2 tbsp.)
      • 15 ml white balsamic vinegar (1 tbsp.)
      • To taste, salt and pepper

      • 750 ml watermelon cubes, seeds removed (3 cups)
      • 1/2 onion(s) (Vidalia), thinly sliced
      • 75 ml feta , coarsely crumbled (1/3 cup)
      • 75 ml black olives , pitted (1/3 cup)
      • 30 ml olive oil (2 tbsp.)
      • 15 ml white balsamic vinegar (1 tbsp.)
      • To taste, salt and pepper
      prep time
      1. Divide lettuce, basil, watermelon cubes, onion, feta and black olives among four pretty serving plates.
      2. Blend olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
      3. Drizzle onto salads. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Savour!

      Variante : Remplacer le melon d’eau par des
      framboises, le fromage féta par du fromage de
      chèvre noir râpé, et le vinaigre balsamique
      par du vinaigre de framboise.
