  • 4 souvlakis chicken or pork kabobs
  • 4 naan breads
  • 125 ml tzatziki sauce (store-bought)
  • 1 diced tomatoes , thinky sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber , thinly sliced
  • 1/4 red onion , finely chopped
  • Enough, lettuce , chopped
  • To taste, oregano leaves (fresh)
  • To taste, lemon juice (fresh)
  • 4 souvlakis chicken or pork kabobs
  • 4 naan breads
  • 125 ml tzatziki sauce (store-bought)
  • 1 diced tomatoes , thinky sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber , thinly sliced
  • 1/4 red onion , finely chopped

prep time
  1. Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
  2. Grill chicken kabobs about 5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 77°C (170°F). Toast naan breads about 30 seconds per side. Slide chicken off skewers.
  3. Brush naan bread with tzatziki sauce. Add chicken and garnish with tomato, cucumber, and red onion. Add lettuce and oregano to taste. Drizzle with lemon juice and roll into a sandwich.

Chef’s secret
To avoid a mess, serve sandwich rolled in wax paper or aluminum foil.
If you’re using pork, grill kabobs for 6 to 12 minutes depending on desired doneness. Turn
1 to 2 times during cooking. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving. Try not to pierce meat
while cooking, use tongs instead so meat stays juicy.
