      • 1 loaf of bread , about 500-600 g
      • 15 ml mayonnaise , divided (1 tbsp.)
      • 15 ml Dijon ustard , divided (1 tbsp.)
      • 1/2 romaine lettuce
      • 250 g OKA cheese , cut into 10-12 thin slices, divided
      • 175 g turkey , thinly sliced (about 10-12 slices)
      • 1 diced tomatoes , sliced
      • 1 avocado(s) , thinly sliced
      • To taste, basil leaves, fresh (optional)
      • 175 g ham , thinly sliced (about 10-12 slices)
      • One pinch pepper , black
      • 6-8 toothpicks
      • 1 loaf of bread , about 500-600 g
      • 15 ml mayonnaise , divided (1 tbsp.)
      • 15 ml Dijon ustard , divided (1 tbsp.)

      prep time
      1. Cut top off loaf and remove bread from inside, leaving 2 cm (1 in.) inside the crust.
      2. Fill inside of loaf with ingredients in this order: half the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, lettuce, half the cheese, and then the remaining ingredients, finishing with remaining cheese.
      3. Season with pepper before spreading with remaining mayonnaise and mustard. Replace top of loaf and hold it in place with toothpicks.
      4. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes before cutting it into pieces and serving.
