  • 1 L cheese tortellini (4 cups)
  • 30 ml olive oil (2 tbsp.)
  • 500 ml mushrooms , sliced (2 cups)
  • 250 ml prosciutto , cut into strips (1 cup)
  • 1/2 onion(s) , cut into strips
  • 3 cloves(s) garlic , finely chopped
  • 60 ml white wine (1/4 cup)
  • 310 ml Stefano Faita’s rosé sauce (1 1/4 cup)
  • 2 ml of ground nutmeg , grated (1/2 tsp.)
  • 60 ml parmesan freshly grated (1/4 cup)
  • 15 ml parsley , flat-leaf, chopped (1 tbsp.)
  • 1 L cheese tortellini (4 cups)
  • 30 ml olive oil (2 tbsp.)

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and transfer to a bowl. Add a little oil and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté mushrooms until golden. Add prosciutto and cook for a few minutes, then add onion and garlic.
  3. Deglaze with white wine and reduce.
  4. Add rosé sauce to skillet, sprinkle in nutmeg, and mix. Heat slowly.
  5. Add tortellini to sauce and combine. Serve with grated Parmesan and garnish with parsley.
