The Act to protect consumers from planned obsolescence and to promote the durability, repairability and maintenance of goods,

as well as its associated regulations, amends the Consumer Protection Act to strengthen the legal warranty
of quality and ensure the repairability of commonly used goods.

Effective October 5, 2025, this law requires merchants to inform consumers about the availability of spare parts,
the repair services offered, and the information necessary for the maintenance or repair of the goods covered
by this regulation.

However, a merchant may be released from these obligations by notifying the consumer in writing,
before the contract is entered into, that they do not supply replacement parts, repair services,
or information concerning the maintenance or repair of the goods.

We therefore hereby inform you that we do not provide spare parts, repair services,
or information related to the maintenance or repair of goods covered by this regulation.
