      • 4 chicken thighs , boneless, skinless
      • 4 pork loin chops , thin, boneless
      • 4 sausage
      • 4 slice(s) bacon , chopped

      • 3 carrot(s) , peeled and diced
      • 3 clove(s) garlic , chopped
      • 1080 ml white beans , drained and rinsed (2 cans of 540 ml ea.)
      • 796 ml diced tomatoes
      • 250 ml chicken broth
      • 125 ml parsley , chopped fresh
      • To taste, salt and pepper

      1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
      2. Heat 15 mL (1 tbsp.) oil in a Dutch oven or saucepan over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear chicken on all sides and set aside on a plate. Repeat with pork loin chops and then with the sausages.
      3. In the same Dutch oven or saucepan, fry the bacon, onion, carrots, and garlic over medium heat for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
      4. Add the meat, beans, tomatoes, broth, and parsley. Bring to a boil. Bake uncovered in the oven for 30 minutes.
