      • 18 frozen shrimp
      • 2 cooked spicy Toulouse sausages
      • 340 g (3/4 lb) salsa glazed salami
      • 340 g (3/4 lb) Grisons meat, thinly sliced Swiss dried beef
      • 16 red new potatoes
      • 600 g (1 1/3 lb) Cantonnier St-Raymond Alexis de Portneuf
      • 600 g(1 1/3 lb) Swiss Raclette cheese

      1. Arrange the ingredients of your choice in the small dishes that come with your raclette oven or cook them directly on the raclette oven.
      2. Season to taste and top with cheese slices.
      3. Cook until the cheese melts and starts to brown.
      4. Serve with a green salad brimming with fresh veggies.
