  1. Preheat barbecue to medium.
  2. Place crust on lightly oiled barbecue rack. Grill about 1 minute and remove.
  3. Brush grilled side with tomato sauce.
  4. Arrange half-slices of ham in rosettes on pizza.
  5. Sprinkle with feta and cheddar. Cook on the barbecue for 3 to 4 minutes, or until crust is crispy and the cheese melted and golden brown.
  6. Garnish generously with arugula and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
