      • 375 mL (1½ cups) strawberries cut into pieces,
      • 60 mL (¼ cup) sugar
      • 15 mL (1 tbsp.) lemon zest (about 1 lemon)
      • ½ angel food cake
      • 375 mL (1½ cups) 35% M.F. whipping cream
      • leaves To taste fresh mintfor garnish
      • 375 mL (1½ cups) strawberries cut into pieces,
      • 60 mL (¼ cup) sugar
      • 15 mL (1 tbsp.) lemon zest (about 1 lemon)
      • ½ angel food cake
      • 375 mL (1½ cups) 35% M.F. whipping cream
      • leaves To taste fresh mintfor garnish
      prep time
      1. Combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon zest in a bowl. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
      2. Whip the cream and set aside.
      3. In small ramekins, place pieces of cake, top with strawberries, and then whipped cream. Repeat a second time. Garnish with a mint leaf.
