  • 30 ml chives , chopped
  • To taste, salt and pepper
  • 15 ml maple syrup
  • 1 pizza crust Sensations by Compliments rectangular
  • 250 ml cheddar , grated
  • 8 slice(s) bacon , cooked, coarsely chopped
  • 8 egg(s)
  • 125 ml milk
  • 30 ml chives , chopped
  • To taste, salt and pepper
  • 15 ml maple syrup
  • 1 pizza crust Sensations by Compliments rectangular
  • 250 ml cheddar , grated
  • 8 slice(s) bacon , cooked, coarsely chopped
prep time
  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, and chives. Add salt and pepper. Cook in a frying pan over medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon to make scrambled eggs. Cook until eggs thicken and no visible liquid remains, but eggs are not dry. Set aside.
  3. Brush the maple syrup over the pizza crust. Place the eggs, cheese, and bacon pieces on top.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes until cheese is melted.
