  • 1 bag corn chips (about 250 g)
  • 1 red repper , diced
  • 2 green onion(s) , sliced into rounds
  • 125 ml black olives , sliced (1/2 cup)
  • 375 ml mozzarella cheese or Monterey Jack, shredded (1 1/2 cup)
  • 250 ml alfredo sauce (1 cup)
  • 175 ml sour cream (3/4 cup)
  • 1 bag corn chips (about 250 g)
  • 1 red repper , diced
  • 2 green onion(s) , sliced into rounds
  • 125 ml black olives , sliced (1/2 cup)
  • 375 ml mozzarella cheese or Monterey Jack, shredded (1 1/2 cup)
  • 250 ml alfredo sauce (1 cup)
  • 175 ml sour cream (3/4 cup)
prep time
  1. Place corn chips in a large, cast-iron skillet, top with red peppers, green onions, black olives, and shredded cheese.
  2. Place skillet on fire embers and cook until cheese has melted.
  3. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
