  • 15 ml olive oil

  • 250 ml maple syrup
  • 250 ml amber beer
  • 1 salmon fillet , about 675 g
  • 1 bunch(es) asparagus , trimmed
  • 15 ml olive oil

  • 250 ml maple syrup
  • 250 ml amber beer

[wpml-string context="bonichoix" name="title-list-preparation"]préparation[/wpml-string]
  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat and sauté shallot a few minutes without browning it.
  2. Add maple syrup and beer and bring to a boil. Let simmer, allowing the liquid to reduce by half, about 15 minutes.
  3. Place salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  4. Brush half the syrup over the salmon and place asparagus around it on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes, brushing with remaining syrup at the midway point.
  6. Serve with white rice seasoned with dill.
