can of black beans, drained, rinsed, and pureed

dark chocolate, coarsely chopped, or semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
Using a stand or hand mixer, whisk all the ingredients together for one minute, or until creamy. Butter an 8-inch (20 cm) square pan and evenly pour the dough into it.
Step 3
Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Put the mold on a rack and let cool completely. Unmold and cut into squares.
