ciabatta breads
Dijon mustard (to taste)

slices ham
4
slices capicollo
4
slices salami
1
slice provolone cheese
Marinated red peppers (to taste)
Arugula (to taste)

Preparation

Step 1
Slice the ciabatta breads in half and spread each with Dijon mustard.
Step 2
On one half of each bread, add 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of capicollo, 2 slices of salami and a slice of provolone cheese, and top with red peppers and arugula to taste.
Step 3
Cover with the other bread half and enjoy.
