Preparation
- Step 1
- Slice the ciabatta breads in half and spread each with Dijon mustard.
- Step 2
- On one half of each bread, add 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of capicollo, 2 slices of salami and a slice of provolone cheese, and top with red peppers and arugula to taste.
- Step 3
- Cover with the other bread half and enjoy.
