Ingredients

yellow potatoes, thinly sliced (Compliments brand)

cooked ham, diced
750 ml
1/4 cup
parsley, chopped
60 ml
2 cups
Swiss cheese, shredded (Compliments brand)
500 ml
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a casserole, melt the butter and sauté the onions. Add the flour and stir. Add the milk and bring to a boil while whisking. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
In a baking dish, arrange the potatoes and ham. Cover with the sauce and top with parsley and Swiss cheese.
Step 4
Cook in the oven for approximately 40 minutes, or until cheese is golden and the potatoes are cooked.
