Preparation

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
Place sausages on a baking sheet that has been lightly oiled or lined with parchment paper. Cook about 10 minutes.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine potatoes and Brussels sprouts with margarine, salt, pepper, and thyme if desired.
Step 4
Place vegetables on the baking sheet, turn the sausages, and continue cooking 15 minutes.
Step 5
Add apple slices and cook another 10 minutes or until sausages are done and their internal temperature reaches 71°C (160°F). Serve.
