Place brownie or cookies pieces at the bottom of cups to create a base.
Add 1–2 scoops of ice cream. Decorate with your choice of toppings.
For a more decadent cup, dip the sides of the cups in homemade caramel, melted chocolate, or jam and then dip in toppings (candy, coarse sugar, chocolate chips, chopped peanuts, etc.) before adding ice cream.
