Preparation

Step 1
Whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic, olives, oregano, and pepper (to taste) in a large bowl. Let stand 10 minutes to allow flavours time to develop.
Step 2
Add in tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber, onion, and feta cheese to taste. Toss well and serve as a side dish.
