Preparation
- Step 1
 - Cut two chicken breasts widthwise into 12 slices each.
 
- Step 2
 - Combine slices of one breast with 60 mL (¼ cup) basil pesto and slices of other breast with 60 mL (¼ cup) dried tomato pesto. Season with salt and pepper.
 
- Step 3
 - Thread chicken slices in a zigzag fashion onto 10 previously soaked 25 cm (10 in.) wooden skewers. Place on a baking dish greased with oil and broil for 4 minutes per side.
 
- Step 4
 - Place on a serving dish and brush with about 30 mL (2 tbsp.) of honey.
 
- Step 5
 - Sprinkle with dried cranberries, raisins, and chopped almonds. Top with chopped green onions.
