  • 15 ml vegetable oil
  • 450 g beef , thin strips
  • 1 onion(s) , thinly sliced
  • 1 sweet red pepper(s) , thinly sliced
  • 6 bok choy , cut in half
  • 500 ml snow peas , blanched and halved
  • 398 ml pineapple pieces (1 can), drained
  • 250 ml Szechuan sauce
  • 250 ml basmati rice
  • 15 ml vegetable oil
  • 450 g beef , thin strips
  • 1 onion(s) , thinly sliced
  • 1 sweet red pepper(s) , thinly sliced
  • 6 bok choy , cut in half
  • 500 ml snow peas , blanched and halved
  • 398 ml pineapple pieces (1 can), drained
  • 250 ml Szechuan sauce

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high and sauté the beef strips for 2 or 3 minutes.
  3. Add the onion, sweet pepper, bok choy, and snow peas, and sauté 4 or 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
  4. Incorporate the pineapple and Szechuan sauce and mix well.
  5. Serve over a bed of basmati rice.
