  • 680 g pork Bâton Rouge (pulled, 1 box)
  • 15 ml dijon mustard
  • 250 ml mozzarella cheese , grated
  • 1 yellow pepper(s) , cut into slices
  • 7,5 ml lime juice (about 1/2 lime)
  • 60 ml coriander , chopped
  • 1 pizza crust (Sensations by Compliments criginal regular)
  • 680 g pork Bâton Rouge (pulled, 1 box)
  • 15 ml dijon mustard
  • 250 ml mozzarella cheese , grated
  • 1 yellow pepper(s) , cut into slices
  • 7,5 ml lime juice (about 1/2 lime)
  • 60 ml coriander , chopped

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place pizza crust on top.
  3. Spread 60 mL (¼ cup) of pulled pork sauce and the mustard over the pizza crust.
  4. Prepare the pulled pork as indicated on the package with remaining sauce. Distribute over the crust. Add cheese and then the peppers.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes. Place under broiler for 2 minutes.
  6. Remove pizza from oven, drizzle with lime juice, and sprinkle with cilantro.
