      • 2 avocado(s) fully ripe
      • 150 mL (2/3 cup) fresh chopped cilantro
      • 60 mL (1/4 cup) lime juice (about 4 limes)
      • To taste salt and freshly ground pepper
      • 250 mL (1 cup) chopped Northern shrimp
      • 250 mL (1 cup) diced fresh mango (about 1 mango)
      • 2 avocado(s) fully ripe
      • 150 mL (2/3 cup) fresh chopped cilantro
      • 60 mL (1/4 cup) lime juice (about 4 limes)
      • To taste salt and freshly ground pepper
      • 250 mL (1 cup) chopped Northern shrimp
      • 250 mL (1 cup) diced fresh mango (about 1 mango)
      prep time
      1. Purée the avocados, cilantro, and half the lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
      2. Combine shrimp, mango, and remaining lime juice in a bowl. Season to taste.
      3. Divide avocado mixture into 4 small bowls and top with shrimp salsa.
      4. Garnish with coriander leaves and whole shrimp to taste.
