Preparation
- Step 1
- Purée the avocados, cilantro, and half the lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Step 2
- Combine shrimp, mango, and remaining lime juice in a bowl. Season to taste.
- Step 3
- Divide avocado mixture into 4 small bowls and top with shrimp salsa.
- Step 4
- Garnish with coriander leaves and whole shrimp to taste.
