      ingrédients
      • 1 kg (2.2 lb.) boneless beef pot roast
      • 80 mL (1/3 cup) honey
      • 60 mL (1/4 cup) hoisin sauce
      • 60 mL (1/4 cup) soy sauce
      • 5 mL (1 tsp.) sambal oelek
      • 4 cloves garlic, minced
      • 15 mL (1 tbsp.) fresh ginger, grated
      • Coarsely chopped salted peanuts, to taste
      • Freshly chopped cilantro, to taste
      • 1 kg (2.2 lb.) boneless beef pot roast
      • 80 mL (1/3 cup) honey
      • 60 mL (1/4 cup) hoisin sauce
      • 60 mL (1/4 cup) soy sauce
      • 5 mL (1 tsp.) sambal oelek
      • 4 cloves garlic, minced
      • 15 mL (1 tbsp.) fresh ginger, grated
      • Coarsely chopped salted peanuts, to taste
      • Freshly chopped cilantro, to taste
      préparation
      1. In a bowl, combine honey, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sambal oelek, garlic and ginger.
      2. Place beef in slow cooker and pour in half the sauce, evenly coating meat. Turn beef and pour in remaining sauce.
      3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
      4. When serving, garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro. Serve with Asian noodles and green beans.
