  • 250 g smoked meat Schwartz's (2 packages, 125 g ea.)
  • 1 pizza crust (Sensations by Compliments original thin, round)
  • 15 ml dijon mustard
  • 60 ml barbecue sauce (Sensations by Compliments No Limits)
  • 125 ml dill pickles cut into rounds (about 2 pickles)
  • 250 ml cheddar , white, grated
  • 1/4 red onion(s) , sliced into rounds
  • 250 g smoked meat Schwartz's (2 packages, 125 g ea.)
  • 1 pizza crust (Sensations by Compliments original thin, round)
  • 15 ml dijon mustard
  • 60 ml barbecue sauce (Sensations by Compliments No Limits)
  • 125 ml dill pickles cut into rounds (about 2 pickles)
  • 250 ml cheddar , white, grated
  • 1/4 red onion(s) , sliced into rounds
prep time
  1. Heat barbecue grill to medium or the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Thinly slice the smoked meat.
  3. Brush the Dijon and barbecue sauce onto the pizza crust.
  4. Top the pizza in the following order: half the smoked meat, pickles, cheddar, red onion, and remaining smoked meat.
  5. Cook directly on the barbecue grill or oven rack for about 12 minutes or until the crust is crispy and the cheese has melted.
