Preparation

 - Place oven rack in top position and preheat oven to broil.

 - Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape meat mixture into 15-mL (1-tbsp.) meatballs and place on baking sheet.

 - Bake for 10 minutes or until meatballs are cooked inside, turning halfway through cooking. You can also cook the meatballs in chicken broth over medium heat.
