- cooked chicken, cut into small cubes
- 500 mL

- parmesan, shredded

- Romaine lettuce leaves, washed and thinly sliced
- ½ baguette or 2 slices
- of day-old country-style bread, cut into small cubes
- 8 slices
- bacon, cooked
- Some olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Step 1
- For your homemade croutons, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan. Place the bread cubes in the hot pan and toast until golden. Set aside.
- Step 2
- In a salad bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and garlic. Add the chicken and parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Add the lettuce and croutons. Gently toss.
- Step 3
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken Caesar salad and top with the slices of bacon.
- Step 4
- Firmly roll up the tortillas and cut in half.
