tortillas

mayonnaise

Dijon mustard

Juice from lemon

small garlic clove, minced

cooked chicken, cut into small cubes
500 mL
1/4 cup
parmesan, shredded

Romaine lettuce leaves, washed and thinly sliced
½ baguette or 2 slices
of day-old country-style bread, cut into small cubes
8 slices
bacon, cooked
Some olive oil
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1
For your homemade croutons, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan. Place the bread cubes in the hot pan and toast until golden. Set aside.
Step 2
In a salad bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and garlic. Add the chicken and parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Add the lettuce and croutons. Gently toss.
Step 3
Fill each tortilla with the chicken Caesar salad and top with the slices of bacon.
Step 4
Firmly roll up the tortillas and cut in half.
