- large marshmallows
- Raspberry jam (to taste)

Preparation
- Step 1
- Stick the marshmallows on a branch or metal skewer and grill them over the fire.
- Step 2
- Top a cookie with a piece of chocolate, add a toasted marshmallow, then make a sandwich by adding a second cookie.
- Step 3
- Let the chocolate melt and enjoy.

- Place the rack in the middle position and preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Step 5
- Top four cookies with a square of milk chocolate, followed by a marshmallow. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes with the oven door slightly ajar, watching constantly until the marshmallows are golden brown. A wooden spoon can be used to keep the door open just enough).
