Preparation
- Step 1
- Melt white chocolate in a double boiler.
- Step 2
- Cut bananas widthwise in two equal halves. Insert stick or straw into cut end of each banana.
- Step 3
- Pour melted chocolate into a shallow bowl or plate.
- Step 4
- Dip bananas and strawberries in melted chocolate.
- Step 5
- Place fruit on a wax paper–lined serving plate.
- Step 6
- Use mini chocolate chips to make eyes and a mouth on each fruit ghost.
- Step 7
- Refrigerate 1 hour so chocolate hardens. Serve.
