- your choice of chickpeas or cooked pasta

- cherry tomatoes, halved

- assorted bell peppers, chopped small
- 30 mL
- 1/4 cup
- cucumber, cubed
- 60 mL
- 1 tbsp.
- red onion, finely minced
- 15 mL
- Fresh mint, chopped (to taste)
- Dressing of your choice
Preparation
- Step 1
- In a Mason jar, layer the various toppings, starting with the chickpeas or cooked pasta, then add the feta cheese, peppers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and mint.
- Step 2
- Add dressing and enjoy.
