canola oil

honey

ginger

cinnamon

raisins

Preparation

Step 1
Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).
Step 2
Combine oats, walnuts, almonds, oil, honey, ginger, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Step 3
Spread mixture on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake on top rack for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally while baking.
Step 4
Remove from oven and transfer to another baking sheet or a large dish. Stir in raisins. Cool completely and transfer to a sealed container.
