  • 450 g pennine
  • 6 European sausage (approx. 400 g)
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 2 clove(s) garlic , chopped
  • 1 sweet red pepper(s) , seeded and diced
  • 2 shallot(s) , chopped
  • 227 g button mushrooms , sliced
  • 375 ml cooking cream 15% M.F.
  • 375 ml blend of grated Italian cheeses
  • 60 ml basil , fresh and chopped
  • 450 g pennine
  • 6 European sausage (approx. 400 g)
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 2 clove(s) garlic , chopped
  • 1 sweet red pepper(s) , seeded and diced
  • 2 shallot(s) , chopped
  • 227 g button mushrooms , sliced
  • 375 ml cooking cream 15% M.F.
  • 375 ml blend of grated Italian cheeses
  • 60 ml basil , fresh and chopped
prep time
  1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, remove sausage casings. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and fry sausage meat until cooked and golden brown. Add garlic, red pepper, shallots, and mushrooms and continue frying for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Add cream and cheese and stir until mixture is even and creamy.
  4. Add pennine and basil and serve.
