Preparation

Step 1
Place broth, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat. Use tongs to remove ginger, garlic, and cinnamon stick from broth. Add beef and shrimp and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain.
Step 3
Divide noodles, bean sprouts, and mushrooms into four large bowls. Add hot broth.
Step 4
Garnish bowls with green onions, lime wedge, cilantro, and hot sauce.
